We provide expertise in the prosecution and enforcement of Trademarks, Patents and Copyrights.​ In addition we are experts in handling complex litigation matters, particulary when related to intellectual property, commercial, civil, administrative and pharmaceutical law.

Our members have had longstanding experience in Intellectual Property and Litigation since at least 1998, through which we have assisted our clients to succesfully solve their legal problems.

Our firm was founded by Managing Partner, Mr. Giancarlo de la Gasca after obtaining his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (with honors) at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL; and having work experience in a well known IP boutique firm of Chicago.

Thereafter, we created the firm, with the purpose of offering specialized services by an expert team, which is fully bilingual and has an international perspective of the law, but most of all, an expert team that looks up to fulfilling the legal necessities of our clients.
